How do I place an order?

Go to printsPH.com, scroll down to choose your design category, and click "Customize and Order." Fill out the form, pay using our official QR code, upload your proof of payment, and submit. We’ll email you for layout approval before printing.

Can I customize my prescription pad?

You can fully customize your prescription pad. You may input your doctor’s details, clinic details, and design preferences suited to your specialization to make your prescription pads truly unique and professional.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 10 prescription pads per order. For every order, you’ll also receive 1 free pad. We offer limited slots for free delivery for all orders within Greater Manila and CALABARZON.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide via J&T Express, Gogo Express, and LBC. Free delivery is available for all orders within Greater Manila and CALABARZON. For deliveries outside these areas, the corresponding shipping fee will be sent to you via email after your order submission.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via GCash QRPh. Our official QR code will be provided upon checkout for your convenience and security.

 Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No. We do not offer COD because our designers and proofreaders begin working on your customized designs immediately after your order submission, and our creative team deserves fair compensation for their efforts. This policy also helps prevent wastage of resources and efforts in case of cancellations. Order cancellation is not allowed.

What products do you offer?

printsPH.com specializes in high-quality customized prescription pads for doctors, dentists, veterinarians, clinics, and medical institutions. We offer various design categories such as doctor's specialization-based designs, classic black and white, minimalist in color, and clinic-branded designs to meet your professional needs. We aslo offer other medical forms upon request.

 How can I assure the legitimacy of printsPH.com?

We have been operating since 2022 at our physical location. You may request photo updates of your orders in production to ensure your peace of mind. Our growing base of satisfied customers reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and excellent customer service.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production and delivery may take an average of 1 to 2 weeks, depending on order volume and seasonal demand. Some orders may be delivered earlier. If you need your order urgently, we offer a rush option for an additional ₱150. For rush requests, please contact us via contact@printsPH.com or message us on Facebook at printsPH.com.
